Requests with error response codes
400 Bad Request /w00tw00t.at.ISC.SANS.DFind: 1 Time(s)

Just a scan tool announcing itself by trying to access a nonexisting path.

404 Not Found http://211.147.250.20/proxyjudge.php: 1 Time(s)
No accessable proxyjudge URI.

405 Method Not Allowed /company: 4 Time(s)

Someone trying a method that isn't allowed or supported like by HTTP or WebDAV or DeltaV.

Requests with error response codes
People scanning for stuff that isn't served.

In general you can say that everything that fails with a 4nn or 5nn code is OK since *they* don't get what they want and *you* get the alerts to act on (if necessary).
