1. Get the ACL patches for EXT2/EXT3, or run XFS.
2. Verify that the ACL actually works by using the getfacl/setfacl commands
3. Compile ACL support into Samba (./configure --with-acl-support)
4. Log onto a Samba share as the administrator of the samba box.
5. Test it to see if the change permissions dialog box works.
Hi
I download my samba like: apt-get -u install samba
And i configure and im using with win2000 and works all right!!!
But acl doesnt work with samba...
How can i find out if my samba (2.2.3) is acl supported?
