Unhappy Not able to give execute permissions

Hi,
I am using Fedora core 2.
I am able to mount all the windows fat drives and also in write mode.
But i am not able to execute any programs in the windows drives.
i gave 777 permissions to the directory and also to all the files but
still not able to execute.

guess i should change my username to needsomehelp!
Thank You
bye
