No HARD DISK FOUND in WINDOWS


I keep getting an error in windows the i beleive is caused by Linux. I get the error message with the titlbe batr displaying qttask.exe and the message is: THERE IS NO DISK IN THE DRIVE. PLEASE INSERT A DISK INTO THE DRIVE \device\HardDisk\DR2

WHats going on. THat hard disk has all my document files which are really important and i need them in windows. What can i do to get them bakv. is it something causes by Linux. Thats why i post it here. Help Me Out Please. Thanks soo much

To get an idea of what's going on you'd
have to say what the hdd's layout is like
from Linux ....

Copy & paste the output of
fdisk -l /dev/hda

Where do i type that in. In Linux or Windows. If in Linux i do it in a terminal window?
