Angry No access to USB Floppy

I want to create a boot disk for my redhat 8.0 instance on my laptop. The laptop only has a USB floppy and /dev/fd0 or /dev/fd1 do not work. Any ideas how I can find out which device it is?

Also the hardware browser option doesn't work from the KDE menu.
