I am a new newbe with 10 years of Dos. I have a Dec Alpha that a friend installed Linux on and skipped. I have been interested in Unix and Linux for many years but have not gotten to first base. Now I have booted this system and as it was booting got the message " set new configuration " and the system booted to 3 right arrows. All the commands I use return ?23 iLL Cmd
