I've made this theme for Gnome. It's realOSXdesktop theme and use real OSX icons. You can change the main menu icons too, if you want.

If you download it, change the extensions files to .tar.bz2 (Yahoo was the only place where could upload it, by now). If someone knows some place where it could be better, please, let me know.
Just give it a try! I think you'll be happy with this.
