Post new hotmail email notification

Howdy:

You know how MSN messenger gives you a ring when you get a new e-mail? is it possible for GAIM to do the same thing? Or, can the GNOME applet that checks your e-mail be configured to hotmail?

when you set up the MSN account in GAIM, it should have a box with "New mail notification" or similar, which gives you a visual notification.
