Network Installation
 
I tried a lot to install linux from ftp, http that i set on intranet , but i couln't succeed , I am using compex Rx 2000 network card and Celeron 566 with 64 mb ram.

try downloading the iso images to the windows partition (i'm assuming you have one) and then install from there if you have enough room.
