Question Network card driver problem

I'm using Rh 7.3 and lan card is intel pro /100 VE Ethernet
Desktop Adapters. It can't recogized the driver before.
and i download the intel offical driver then install it.
The driver is no problem. I think it is work.
When it waits for a long time then it show the message
e100: eth0: Intel(R) PRO /100 Network Connection
Hardware receive checkums enables
e100: eth0 NIC Link is Up 100Mbps Full duplex

If this message is shown, then i can't connect this pc through
network. Then i pass "ENTER" it will restore to Login screen.
And when it is wait for a long time, this message will be appear.
How can i solve this problem
THX

Probably needs proper initialisation on boot. Did you check if the required modules get loaded properly? Checked for bootloader append lines (dunno, IRQ, IO base address and such) and/or modules.conf configuration lines? Any errors in the logs? What does "ifconfig eth0" give?
