Netscape6.2 insecure?


Some one told me netscape 6.2 was insecure.
Otheres could run scripts on your pc or somting?
Any body no somting more abould this?

Well the truth is that any browser with Java/VM/VB capiblities can run malicous code to your pc. How much damage it can do shouldn't be more than stupid popups or other annoying scripts. I dont think it can delete stuff on your pc.

Versions prior to 6.2.2 got zlib vulnerability...

Do yourself a favour get latest Mozilla nightly @ www.mozilla.org
