oh yeah, DONT KILL ME FOR THIS QUESTION
whenever i run netscape i have to
cd /netscape then ./netscape
is there an easier way to do this ..
thanks

zLinuxz 01-04-2003 04:53 PM

yeah...put a Launcher in your Navigation bar, and then just press the button there to launch it...
it will ask you for the command to execute so just type the command you issue to load up Netscape in the respective folder. :)

About the crash....hmmmmmmmmm, is it still happening?

KhzX 01-04-2003 05:41 PM

yeah always crashes on Flash websites

There are lots of other browsers too:
- related to Netscape: Mozilla and it's lighter versions Phoenix, Galeon
- Opera
- Konqueror (if you're on KDE it's the standard)
- Dillo (really light, but limited)

I myself use Galeon, but that's because I like Gnome and GTK apps.

Flash sucks. It hangs sometimes for me as well. I removed my flash plugin and I am never to use it again, until they improve their software.

which browser would you guy say it's the best??
