netgear wireless pci adapter in linux
 
hello can some out there tell me will a netgear 54 mbps wireless pci adapter will run ok in ubuntu hardy heron with not much setting up can i just hook it up and hope it will work staight out of the box ,will the package manager, download the driver files for me, so has some one out there mite have already done this tarsk :study:please let me know cheers norm:scratch:

What kind of chipset does the card have? Post the output of lspci (perhaps you'll need to run "sudo lspci" or "/sbin/lspci", though).

Also, proper punctuation wouldn't go amiss.
