Net Send in linux
Is there any commands or softwares in linux that is similar to the command 'netsend' in linux?
Or what shall I do if I have to send a message to a comp having windows installed in it??

Oh I wouldn't know either way, as I have no idea what netsend is. I just answered the question as it was posed:
"Is there any commands or softwares in linux that is similar to the command 'netsend' in linux"
Which, since sandy is referring to a command 'netsend' whether it be actual or not, and used in linux, looking for a command to use in linux, similar to netsend.
I am thinking this was a typo? And possible meant to be replaced with some other OS? If not and I misunderstood, sorry.

As for sending from a Linux machine to a Windows machine, I would go with acid's suggestion though.

if you have Samba running, you can use
smbclient -M winhostname message
