Need some help about install csh

This is the situation, I was using the Ubuntu 10.04 to run a file called setup.sh, first time, when i double click and hit run, nothing happened. then, after i used the sudo apt-get install csh command, it can start run. however, the program that i want to install have to run on linux redhat enterprize VAS4.
i tried the same command, nothing shows up. i am just wondering anyone can help me fix this problem?
also, seems like the radhat didnt find the internet connection. i am using the wireless. can somebody teach me how to config the wireless setting?
thank you very very much

hmm you should probably not be running setup.sh with csh as a shell script file like that probably wants to be run by bash or bourne shell sh
as for the install you need to use yum instead of apt-get I think the command line is yum install packagename but anyway man yum will tell all you may need to become root as well using su I don't think sudo will work on redhat.

Type the following command:
head setup.sh

What's the first line in the file? If it is "#! /bin/sh" then you're going to need bash or sh as grizzlysmit suggested. If it reads "#! /bin/csh" then you are correct, you need some sort of csh interpreter installed. For RedHat, you can install tcsh, it should help you run the script if it's written in csh. Use the following command:

yum install tcsh
