need perl script

I need to edit file through perl script.For example one file having many lines the 4th line ending with 'password' i need to change 'sucess'.This only example.And also how do i restart the service in perl scripts.

With such specific requirements and no apparent attempt to solve it, I'd be thinking this is homework.
