Homework? If so, what is the name of the school, and the name of your teacher?
What kind of a class?

Have you searched on Google?

I'm sorry--I have never been "given a task" (your words) **anything** like that by a friend. What is the problem that your friend is trying to solve---eg set up a business?

Again--have you searched on Google? What have you found? Tell what you already know......

There are people here who can and will help you--if we can get this a bit more focussed.
