need big help with RH9 and Gnome crashed...

well if you will look at the last post from me on my dual boot thread (putting up suse9.1 personal along with XP pro on a nice little system) it seems to of effected more then just my LAN. it ate my gnome desktop on my RH9 box...

how it did this i can not say, but my GUI is fubar on my laptop. i can still access the sound to it, and i can semi get things to open, but none of my fonts are there (no text at all outside of xmms) the background is gone, and the toolbar has moved from the bottom to the top of the screen.

none of my custom settings are still in effect for the GUI, and all of the RH logos are gone.

hey, the power saver works now though. that has not worked before... (screen just blacked after 20min of no use)

what do i need to post so i can help you help me.

thanks.

i would still like to know how to recover from this crash in Gnome, so i can delete this users, and go back to my normal user.

Thank you in advance for the help.
