all? there is no such thing, it makes no sense. If you go google for "ubuntu cheat sheet" you'll find some simple guides.

Maybe it'd be easier to start making some sort of knowledge injection? Just a series of 12 injections to the abdomen...

Um....

Commands more like a list of programs installed.... Try "ls -la /bin/" or "ls -la /sbin/" you want to know how to use anything just hit the man pages for them. (note those dir's aren't the only places you'll find commands "programs")

Also go mess around in your file dir and read some conf files

Well, I often use these commands to see what unknown system I operate can do for me:
Code:
help
ls /bin | more
ls /sbin | more
ls /usr/bin | more
ls /usr/sbin | more
In the sbin directories you have administrator commands. Nearly every command has short help (by --help argument) and manual (command man). If you need basic information about for example "ls" command, you can write:
Code:
ls --help
If you need more detailed information you can write:
Code:
man ls

Just press tab twice on the shell and it will display something like following:
user@heaven:~$
Display all 3279 possibilities? (y or n)

From here you may click y and checkout the long list.

A list of commands won't help if you want to learn, it would be much better to read a good totorial (like those linked ot in my sig). To really list all the commands:

Code:
path="$(echo "$PATH" | sed 's/:/\n/g')"
echo "$path" | while read dir
do
    ls -1 "$dir"
done
