Question need a script to update vfstab


Hi All

I am new user to script .
I have a vfstab file in all my client recently i have modified some changes in the nfs share @ server .

I need to remove two lines form my old fstab file and add two lines to the same file.

Please help in creating the script.

hello are you talking bout a bash script? i'll try to help but please be more specific too. post your text file then tell me what you want to do with the file. also is the file always changing? what program changes the file?
