My cron is running because the test script sent by NotKlatuu* is running each 5 minutes.
But now, the mrtg command only runs if I enter by cmd line.
What can I do?

Hire someone to do this for you. That's it.
This is the EIGHTH THREAD you've opened about MRTG installation. You haven't answered questions, been clear in your communications, and have been almost incomprehensible in others, mentioning websites that have NOTHING to say about MRTG, and not following clear instructions. There is only one page of instructions for installing MRTG on Linux, and you've been pointed to it numerous times. You seem to be unable to follow those simple instructions, and it's even more hard to believe since you said at the very beginning that you installed this via yum.
This thread has been reported to moderators/Jeremy, who have warned you not to open new threads for this at least three times now.
