Mutt with sendmail -help

hi,

I was trying out mutt with fetchmail and sendmail configured. I am running ubuntu hoary and mutt was pre-installed with sendmail configured. So I could easyly send mail to anybody and it said the mail was sent from ...@localhost.localdomain

Now, I configured fetchmail to gather my email from my gmail account using POP, and I can read mail using mutt.

Is there any way by which I can send mail from mutt and to the recipient it appears as if the mail was sent by my gmail account? I mean while reading my gmail mails in mutt if I reply to a message, to the recipient the From is ..@localhost.localdomain. I wish it to be my gmail address.

Am I making any sense?
