multiple toolbars in kde?

i want to place a toobar on the top and bottom of my screen.

on will have k-menu, clock, and whatever the thing is that displays what programs you have running.

the other will have a bunch of launcher icons.

is this possible? i think ive tried every combination in the config toolbar menu, but i want this to work.

I don't believe you can have two kicker bars open. But you can have some menu stuff on the top while the kicker bar is on the bottom. In KDE Control Center under Desktop->Behavior there is a section titled "Menu Bar at Top of Screen"
