Multipel gorups with diffrent permissions on one file


I have a situation where i require 2 diffrent groups to have diffrent permissions on the same directory i have searched extensively and am unabel to finde a way to do this any help at all would be much appriciated

Have you looked at applying an ACL?

Ldap is a common way to do this in Linux.
