MPlayer: DVD stream.dump - what format?

Hello!
Can anyone tell me what format the stream.dump file done with MPlayer by executing

mplayer -dvd 1 -dumpstream

is?
Is this file already DeCSSed?
Is there any possibility to make a SVCD from it (by means of DVDRip or another progam)?

Thanks in advance,

dreamtheater

it's the same format as on the dvd, so mpeg/ac3, and yes it will be decrypted. you can do with that file whatever you can do with the DVD.
