mozilla stopped working
hello hope some 1 can help my mozilla 1.7 web browser has stopped working i can not get it to work as normal user or root any ideas please

How has it stopped working? Where do you invoke it - kde/gnome menu/taskbar? Do you get any error messages? What happens if you run it from the console? Does it give any error messages then? What did you install just before it stopped working? Did you change any permissions? Did you run apt-get or yum (it may have been uninstalled by them)?

ok i can not run it from gnome or kde i get no error messages at all u know when u click on a shoer cut and u get the egg timer come up well i get that for about 4 seconds then nothing . i dont know how to invoke it from a terminal

Open a terminal and type in mozilla and hit enter. All messages will appear in the console. Then copy/paste here.

Try reinstalling it - either by rpm or with yum.

hello i reinstalled it and it works only now when i click on my short cut to open mozilla i allso get another window open up called "shell-redhat-web" its just an empty box
and if i click on the cross of this shell box it closes mozilla do u know why it has appeared thanks

i have yet another question now i have installed mozplugger 5.1.2 now it is showing only in roots plugins i want it to show in my usual account can u tell me how please

in fact it would seem all my plugins show up in root and none as my regular user can some 1 tell me a comand
to link them please
