Mouse not captured (Steam) on Core2Duo with WINE and Cedega

I am using PCLinuxOS. I have recently upgraded my hardware from this:

AMD64 & GF6800GT

to:

Core2Duo & GF7950GT

Before upgrading I could play Red Orchestra just fine, albeit in a desktop window. However after upgrading, the mouse cursor no longer remains in the game window. It refuses to be captured on BOTH Cedega AND WINE. Because it happens on both these applications, I tend to believe it to be either hardware related or xorg/nvidia related.

Does anyone else use these apps on a Core2Duo with any similar problems? Any idea what may be causing this?

I haven't yet tried Option ""HWCursor" "off" yet. Maybe that may help.
