LABEL=/home /home ext3 defaults 1 2
none /proc proc defaults 0 0
none /dev/shm tmpfs defaults 0 0

The above contents have been taken from /etc/fstab

Generally :

mount -t msdos /dev/hda1 /WinCdrive

replace hda1 with your windows partition..

wincdrive is the folder where u want the winpartition to show up

man mount for more details

Do have one hdd ?

most likely hda1 is ur win partition with hda as ur pri master hdd(hdc if u have another hdd as sec master)

cfdisk /dev/hda will list partitions on hda with partiion type

btw if u have mandrake linux, it does auto mounting

more help here http://www.redhat.com/docs/manuals/linux/

and search google

Talking <title here>

yes, harddrives are listed by letter (physical drive) then by number(partition).

read up on mounting drives. i used to know how to check what drives are mounted and stuff but i forgot, otherwise i would tell you. (havent fiddled with linux in almost a year.)
