Weird thing. One ISO can be mounted just fine while the one constantly try gives mount: Not a directory error. any ideas?

If it's the same iso that generates the error, I'd attempt to download another copy.

case solved

Hey guys,

About this problem, it turned out that I forgot to switch to binary mode while ftp'ing files :| Anyway, I did the whole thing again and it worked this time
