Morpheus/Kazaa Linux Client

Is there someone that uses this client i am looking for it.

No, but you may want to try LimeWire it is just as easy to use and has evem more files and music.

goto to get it.

Ask me, therion if you need any help installing it, sometimes it can be tricky especially if you dont have VM installed.

i've found that limewire is ugly, slow and bloated. if you want a decent gnutella client that loads in seconds, and does a better job, and still looks user friendly, go to

I tried to use gtk-Gnutella, but it won't download anything from behind my linux firewall. Is there any way around this? Or any other client that will work? I know that Morpheus on Windows works just fine.

KaZaA for linux is avaliable at The only other one's ive tried were Limewire, gtk-gnutella, Napshare (didnt work), and Qtella (also didnt work).

I cant really suggest any good ones.

qtella doesn't ever connect right after installing. I had to look around the forums for comments regarding the hosts to connect to.
In the configure window, where the AutoConnect Hosts are listed (, etc, etc. remove those 4. They just never connect. Add a new one called Works good.

I'd like to have a few others also. Anyone ?
