::Monitor always on::

I like having my monitor always on. And in Windows this can easily be done in the control panel > Power management making it never go on standby or turn off monitor so in RedHat 8.0 does anyone know how to make it so....

*Never go on Standby
*Never turn off monitor
*Never turn off hard disk

Thanks
-Andy

i have found the answer while using xscreensaver. if you are using kde i don't think that is the default screensaver app but in the gui there is a tab that allows you to disable the power management. i think that kde has this in the control center.
