/mnt space not showing in total available for NAS

I'm using Centos distribution and I have mounted my 6TB Buffalo NAS to it. My server has a 500GB sata drive internal. My problem is that my total available space is calculated off the 500GB drive, but my used space is calculated off of both the NAS and the internal drive.

It's causing it to look like I have 74% usage, instead of about 4%. My application (FreePBX) is not happy.

Any suggestions on how to manage this?
