misc prob


i wanna know if i have 5 pcs c1-c5 with users u1-u5 and passwords p1-p5
i wanna make this setting that if any user u5 access a pc c2 and enters his own password he should get all the settings and files like on his original u5 how can that be achieved for all the 5 pcs
i am a litle knew so would need all the help possible
