MINIMAL Live CD for CentOS with LVM support

Hello,

I'm trying to find or create a CentOS live CD that is very minimal and small. It needs to boot any version of CentOS (I could make different versions if this is impossible), have LVM support, and be as small as possible. I don't need X, office apps, games, etc. Just the basics.

I'm reading the Fedora instructions for making a liveCD, but there is no livecd-tools package in yum for CentOS 5, and I have to download a whole bunch of RPMs if I want to try to install it.

Is there any simpler way? All the smaller live CDs I can find don't have LVM support, and the smallest one I have found, Scientific Linux, is too big at 250Mb.

Thanks for your help.

You could try installing a "minimal" installation of Centos

http://wiki.centos.org/FAQ/CentOS5#h...cc6c916eb3cb6e

Then create a Live CD with that...
