As an experiment, I am would like to install either IE5 or Office using wine. I got the executable to load, but it errored out requiring Windows installer. Has anyone been successful with trying this?

IE runs but the menus are screwed up. I guess it's because of the draggable menus.

Excel and word work good but you cannot use visual basic. If you don't use it anyway then no problem.

If you do use visual basic, have you ever noticed how if you stare at the word loop long enough it starts to look funny?
