You shouldn't edit a thread like this. I am having trouble with m resiefs partition so I typed "reiserfs fstab" into google. This thread was in the top three results. But it's useless to me as it's all been edited out. Please, please never edit a thread. If you find out how to solve your problem, please please post the solution. By posting the solution you are helping to build a vast database of linux problems and their solutions. Just editing out the thread is terrible as it's no help to anyone!

Meantime, it looks to me that perfect_circle (above) gave you the answer - or did that not work?
Mandrake in MCC gives you an easy way top mount it - don't know if slack does the same.
My NWN partition looks like /dev/hdb7 /mnt/nwng reiserfs notail 1 2 in fstab

You have a point. Personally i edit my posts only to correct something.
