Massive SQL dump without local access.

I need to dump a massive sql query ( well, 3.8 megs ), into a database. I cant use PHPMyadmin, because the script times out past 300 seconds. I dont have telnet or ssh access, and the sql server wont accept any connections bar from localhost... any ideas?

Well, if I were you, I'd slap the person who setup the mysql server in such fashion. No localhost connections and no ssh or telnet.. your pretty much screwed.

Why not break your mysqldumps into parts if its so huge and the admin times out after 300 seconds?
