Making Floppy to boot to cd dirve to install linux?

in redhat put in the first cd during u r using the win98 or wt ever..
there is the dir dosutils go in it ...execute the program rawrite
it will ask u for the bootable image path .....when finished ur bootable floopy is ready boot from it ..it will automatically transfer control to cd for instalaltion
