making an iso out of floppy images

I have a copy of partition magic, which allows the creation of boot floppies for rescuing toasted filesystems, etc. The first floppy of the set is bootable, and prompts for the insertion of the second, which isn't bootable, when used.

How do i take the data from both of these floppies, write it to an iso, and then be able to make a bootable CD from that?

(in case anyone is wondering, i'm trying to use partition magic on a laptop which is sans-floppy)

thanks!
