As another question, I have a Thinkpad with a removable harddrive (Ultrabay) that I want to install Linux to (as dual boot, WinXP and Win2K are on primary harddrive). This means I don't have a CD drive while the harddrive is in the Ultrabay. Can I somehow install the ISO images from the primary harddrive)?

If you have searched this forum your problem would have been solved
RedHat does not include the module for ntfs(unlike all other major distributions)
check
http://linux-ntfs.sourceforge.net/info/redhat.html
you may use the module or recompile the kernel(whatever you prefer)and then mount your ntfs volumes
For the second question you can install Linux from harddrive
But since i think all your partitions are ntfs it will not be possible
convert one of them to fat32
and copy the iso image there
next make a bootable floppy copying the necessary images
with rawrite
Read Readme for how to do that
