No, your in the right place, you just have to be patient at times. This is a site where volunteers come to help others in their own free time.
Now, if you post the exact error messages or returned mail, that might help. Any other details like connection type, if your using DHCP or static IP and where these emails are trying to be sent to, would be helpful. If you are on a cable connection or the like, it could be blocked by hostname and IP from your ISP. A lot of ISP's do not like smtp servers that are DHCP and or not registered mail servers, they treat them like spam.
Other things to look for are, your getting other messages daily, were these sent to localhost or an IP address instead of an actual hostname or domain? If the messages being rejected are named based, you probably have a DNS issue on the machine and or network.
But more details always get better responses.
