Mail Problem Pls Help Me -- URGENT
 

Hi everyone, i encounter a problem with my mail server, for ur all information, i have no problem with sending and receiving mail on my smtp server but i have a client in NewZeland unable to send mail to me, but i'm able to send to him as well he able to receive, the error that shown he shown me is below
