Mail Problem, pls help
 
currently my client having problem sending mail to me. but there is no problem for others client to send mail to me. and also i able to send mail to all my clients. only when this client trying to send email to me, he unable to send it. below are the error my client fax to me, pls advice. Thanks

First, you were careful enough to remove your domain name, but left the real IP address in there.

Waiting for protocol initiation...

What protocols are you running? LDAP, POP3, IMAP? What client is he using? What MTA is he using? Sendmail, Qmail, Postfix?

The time-out is coming from a protocol request. What protocol is he using, which are you running, and you can add the one he needs...
