"Mail loops back to myself" - Error

Hey All,

I seem to have this major problem with trying to send mail to my domain from an external address.

I have the domain registered. I have the MX record registered. I have Bind 9 running on my Linux box with Redhat 9 and Kernel with Sendmail 8.12.

I can send and receive mail locally on the server itself but everytime I send an email from an external account I get an Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender and in it is says "mail for loops back to myself" (where is my registered domain name).

I have looked all over trying to find a solution for this and followed everything I can get my hands on but still I have no luck. PLEASE can someone help me with this ....
