LVM- 1 harddrive crashed =(

my situation is the following:

3 harddrives with 120gb each

one of them died today =(
now i wonder if i can resque the data on the 2 other drives?

i have seen a thread where it sad that u can put tha lost drives info on a new one and then remount it.. but i dont have another spare drive.. so can i exclude that drive that is dead from the lvm and just use the other ?
