Looking for I mean imlib

Here's a copy of
locate imlib

psyklops@mobilenode00 /]$ locate imlib

Im trying to install BitchX but the ./configure failed on me because it couldnt find the path to imlib. Using the prefix params I didnt seem to have anyother probs but with this one I couldnt find a dir that had imlib in it. Would it be bad to ./configure the irc client with out imlib? What about imlib2... Has anyone tried configuring with imlib2?
