looking for a board with network and video grabber


I am looking for a standalone Board having network port(RJ45) and one analog video grabbing port with linux support. wanting to do a training project on this. Can somebody give me info. please?

Preferably Yes. Alternatively, It can be a daughter board. The aim is to grab continuous videostream and transfer it over the network to a centralised PC, where the application will run on the video clips.
