Login greeting message(s)

Hi all,

My apology but it seemed I couldn't find the answer for my question in Google, so here my newbie question: In order to have greeting message(s) displayed every time users login (local or remote) to a Linux box what steps the admin must do? Thanks,

Redhat v7.3
