Question logging -- recommendations?

in the past, i've kept my linux box to myself, but i think i'm going to start adding users. being the newbie that i am, i figure that i should learn more linux from commands that other users type.

i've already spoken to someone who has an interest in learning linux and told him that if i'd get him an account, i'd log his sessions, so that if i needed to, i could learn from what he did.

however, i'm a little bit stuck, because i don't know any programs that automatically execute from logon and that log a complete shell session of a user. does anyone have any program recommendations for me?

You can use ttysnoop:

http://www.linuxhelp.net/guides/djg/ttysnoop.phtml

See info about logging at the end.
