Unhappy locale problem


hey,
i changed my locales from en_GB.UTF-8 to en_GB.iso8859-15
now, if i starte some programms the error
Gdk-WARNING **: locale not supported by Xlib
Gdk-WARNING **: can not set locale modifiers
appears,
any idea what to do against it?
my localse:
LANG=en_GB.iso8859-15
LC_CTYPE="en_GB.iso8859-15"
LC_NUMERIC="en_GB.iso8859-15"
LC_TIME="en_GB.iso8859-15"
LC_COLLATE="en_GB.iso8859-15"
